Who attends Texas Unites?

Texas Unites brings together animal welfare professionals and industry leaders from across the nation. Attendees represent a diverse range of organizations, including municipal shelters, nonprofit organizations, veterinary and medical professionals, legal advocacy groups, animal control agencies, rescue organizations, and animal welfare businesses and product providers.

This diverse audience creates valuable opportunities to network, collaborate, and connect with the people shaping the future of animal welfare.

What is included in the exhibit booth?

Each exhibitor booth includes:

• One 6-foot draped table
• Two chairs
• One wastebasket
• Back and side draping

Please note that all audiovisual equipment, electrical services, and other specialty requests must be arranged directly through the host hotel.

What are the deadlines?

Important Deadlines

• February 13, 2027: Sponsor registration and all logos must be submitted by this date to be included in conference marketing, printed materials, and on-site signage.
• May 5, 2027: Full sponsorship payment is due. Payments received after May 5 may be subject to a late fee.
